Day 1 - Breath Reset for Nervous System Regulation.

today we begin with the breath, your most powerful anchor for balance. This 20 minute guided practice will help you regulate your nervous system, slow down and come back to presence.

Before you begin, make sure you are somewhere comfortable and quiet.

After your session, take a quiet moment and write or think:

  • How does my breath feel now?

  • Where can I feel space or softness in my body?

I encourage you to reflect on the two breath styles offered and embody them - solidifying them into your toolbox.
